Shipping

We ship all of our packages via DHL to ensure that all fabrics purchased are tracked and delivered effectively to our customers. However, we do also offer Royal Mail services for UK customers with 48hours tracked delivery.

Each order is based on the weight of the fabric and the package size in line with DHL pricing.

All shipping costs are dependent on location and based on our courier service.

Samples are sent via Royal Mail.

We currently ship to the following locations: United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, United States, Europe, Nigeria, Ireland, Wales, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the Netherlands.

We are not in control of any extra charges such as Taxes and Customs for goods sent overseas.

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the goods are damaged prior. Please see our terms of service for more information.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday before 3 pm.
